MANUGY develops modular mini-environment production systems for the manufacturing of next-generation battery cells and commercializes them through a hybrid model combining equipment sales, pay-per-use licensing, and long-term service contracts. Our platform enables customers to build highly flexible manufacturing capacities for different cell chemistries and formats—from pilot lines to scalable series production. In addition, we generate recurring revenues through process software, digital twins, maintenance, upgrades, as well as engineering and integration services.
